The end of the year is once again upon us and I would like to wish you all a cheerful festive season.  It has been a great year at Herbaceous and I am looking forward to having a break from clinic to spend time with family and friends.

Amidst the busy lead up to the end of the year I hope you can find some time (even if it is just a small window) to reflect on 2016 and also to ponder the New Year and what you would like to create.  There is great power in setting your intentions for the New Year.  I believe this can be done anytime from now through to January.  This allows for more flexibility, rather than thinking we must set all our intentions on New Year’s Day!

Herbaceous will be closed from Friday 23rd December and will reopen on Monday 9th January.
